Nul points from the Cup 

Guest correspondent, Mick Reid of Rose & Crown, writes:

Old Fallopians set a good total of 164 with opening bat Jim Thornill and Freddie Barrass both scoring over fifty.

Rose and Crown achieved the required runs to win in the fourteenth over for
the loss of two wickets. Patrick Heaphy and Brian Mclellan put together a
good opening partnership following a careful and steady start. With some
seventy runs on the board Patrick was bowled, Mick Reid coming in at three
to be bowled for a duck by Peter Frisby taking his 100th wicket for Old
Fallops.

Brian Mclellan carried his bat for an impressive total of 80 runs, Daniel
Heaphy staying with Brian to the end with some aggressive hitting over the
top.
